The ATP Program teaches specialized massage techniques for athletes, focusing on performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Using principles of Tensegrity and physiology, you'll learn to treat the body as an interconnected system, identifying imbalances that impact movement and performance. You'll also gain practical skills to build your practice and grow within the athletic community.
Become a Certified Athletic Tune-up Professional (ATP)The ATP program is designed to teach you specialized massage techniques for athletes. Athletes are always striving to improve and stay at the top of their game, but pain and injuries can stand in the way of their goals.Through this program, you’ll learn how to apply the principles of Tensegrity and human physiology to treat the body as a connected system. You'll gain the skills to identify muscle imbalances and patterns of compensation that affect performance.The academy also prepares you for professional success. ATP method
The ATP Method integrates the principles of tensegrity and physiology to treat the body as a connected, whole system. Inspired by the approaches used by physical therapists and chiropractors, this method teaches you how to work smarter—achieving faster, more effective results.Our primary goal is to restore range of motion (ROM) to the muscles, which improves flexibility and builds strength. When muscles function properly, joints can move freely without pain or stiffness, and the nervous system can effectively communicate with the body.Through our work, we've found that scar tissue, overused muscles, and overstretched tissues can compress nerves, disrupting communication between the brain and body. The ATP Method addresses these issues at their source—helping restore balance, mobility, and performance.

$150 per hr | $3000 for 30 hrs
